The Sculpt
Our signature mat class that will tone, lengthen and strengthen your body through slow and controlled movements combined with our guided breathwork.
This class is a full body workout. Leave feeling more clear and connected to self.
An open-level class aimed to target and superset muscle groups within the booty, core, arms and legs.
*Open-level class, beginner and pre- and postnatal friendly.

The Sculpt Power
Our Signature sculpt class but make it HIIT. We alternate between high intensity movements to get the heart rate up, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements to slow the heart rate down. This full body mat class will build core strength and stamina, improve endurance and condition the entire body.
*Advanced-level full-body workout class with minimal breaks aimed to challenge experienced clients.
*Intermediate level full body class.

The Build
This is a low impact, muscle building class. Our goal here is consistency, not intensity.
Each exercise targets one muscle group at a time for about 60-90 seconds to help you get closer to muscular failure. We use dumbbells, bands, and gliders.
*Open-level class.

The Mashup
This is exactly what it sounds like! All classes combined into one. A little sculpt, strength, yoga and kickboxing to work all muscle groups.
*Open-level class, beginner and pre and postnatal friendly.

Mini and Me
Tone with your mini on board! A mat class designed to strengthen your body pre and postpartum. This class combines the muscle engagement of Pilates with restorative stretching to focus on reconnecting to your body.
Littles 2 and under. Clients must be cleared by a health professional to attend a group class.
It is recommended to bring your baby in a carrier or mat.
*Open-level class for prenatal and postpartum clients.

Tots & Tunes with Coco
Our 30 minutes of musical play is led by Colleen Nixon who is a mom of five and has an extraordinary background in music.
Musical play encourages learning through exploration, curiosity, and creativity. It helps to build nerve connections in the brain and encourages the development of language and motor skills.
Mom, dad or any caregiver is welcome!
Ages 6 months to 3 years.
