Beginner Mat with Props: Feb 1-2, 2025 9am- 5pm
The Beginner Mat is the foundation course. You learn about Pilates history, anatomy, and principles. With simple formula, you will learn to teach a safe and effective Beginner Mat Class! Props can be a great way to assist and challange your students. In this training, you will learn to incorporate the magic circle, foam roller, balls and more into your Pilates Mat classes!

Intermediate & Advanced Mat: Feb 15-16, 2025 9am- 5pm
The Intermediate and Advanced Mat build upon the tools you learned in the Beginner Mat, adding a larger repertoire to your teaching vocabulary and enhancing your skills to teach multi level.
