Private and Semi-Private Training

A private, 45 minute one-on-one session for the person who is new to movement or values the power of touch and tailored training. One-off sessions or packages are available and can be tailored to your needs from Sculpt, Weight Training, Yoga, and/or Stretching.

If you purchase a package, allow an additional 15 minutes during your first session for an initial consultation. From there, a personalised program will be designed for you to achieve your goals.
